You receive complete 100% Mechanical Coverage. If not covered by Daimler
Chrysler PowerTrain Limited Warranty (see separate document for details).
Liberty will pay 100% of parts and labor for all mechanical items except the
following:
WEAR-AND-TEAR ITEMS
This warranty does not cover any wear-and-tear items, including, but not
limited to, the replacement of clutch linings, brake pads, brake linings,
brake rotors, brake drums, timing belts, spark plugs, the dust-pollen
filter, the clutch-pressure plate, ignition wires, the distributor cap, the
ignition rotor, ignition points, the ATF oil filter, the strut, shocks,
strut bearings, batteries, exhaust systems, windshield wiper blades or
inserts, incandescent bulbs, fuses, worn seatcovers, the convertible top
or other trim and appearance items that wear as a result of normal use or
deterioration, radio/cassette head cleaning, CD lens cleaning and belts,
hoses, and clamps that wear as a result of normal use.
Fluid leakage, glass, paint, sheet metal and tires are not covered as well.
DAMAGE OR MALFUNCTIONS DUE TO LACK OF MAINTENANCE, MISUSE OR ALTERATION
While you own the vehicle
DAMAGE OR MALFUNCTIONS DUE TO IMPROPER REPAIR OR INSTALLATION OF
EQUIPMENT, ACCIDENT OR FIRE
While you own the vehicle
MISSING ITEMS
This warranty does not cover any items that are found to be missing after
delivery of the vehicle. Any missing items must be documented on a we owe
slip at time of delivery.
(All repairs must be approved by a Liberty Sales Manager or
General Manager prior to work being performed)
